Venus Transit 2012

On Tuesday, June 5, ONU Observatory held a viewing of the Transit of Venus from 7:00 to 8:00 PM (EDT).  The viewing was open to the public and about 40 people attended.  (The attendance surely would have been more but the sky was overcast until about 6:30 PM.)  We offered three safe ways to view the Sun, all of which can be seen below.
